Returns and Refunds
We are very happy to refund or exchange items you are not entirely happy with and we will gladly pay postage on any defective item. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a purchased item and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for return postage. Please note your original postage payment is non-refundable.
In these cases all items must be returned within 10 days of purchase with the original packaging intact and in a resalable condition. Please return your goods to us yourself or call Willow and Daisy Home Ltd on 01462 429709 and we will arrange collection. From most addresses, a normal-sized parcel costs £13.95 to collect, however larger or heavier items may cost more. We will advise you of the actual cost prior setting up a return collection. Please note that proof of posting is not proof of receipt by us.
Damages/shortages
All damages/shortages must be reported in writing (email is fine) within 5 days of receipt. Outside this timeframe we regret that we are unable to assist with replacements etc. We strongly recommend that you inspect your delivery the moment it arrives so that we may assist in the unlikely event of a problem.
