No. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. Willow and Daisy does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Approved claims may result in a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
Are shipping fees refundable?
No. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What about shipping delays or missed pickups?
Willow and Daisy is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or missed local pickups once an order has shipped or been made available for pickup.
