Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. Willow and Daisy does not store full payment information.
Orders & Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or product availability issues.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping & Local Pickup
Shipping and local pickup are subject to the terms outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Once an order has been shipped or made available for pickup, Willow and Daisy is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or missed pickups.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

Local Pickup No-Show Policy
Local pickup orders must be collected within the communicated pickup window. Orders not picked up within 72 hours may be cancelled without refund unless prior arrangements are made.
